Kenechukwu Ambrose Nwankwo (born May 30, 1990) is a Nigerian-American real estate professional, entrepreneur, former collegiate athlete, and media personality. He is the President of the Young Professional's Council of FIABCI Nigeria, an international real estate federation. Nwankwo has appeared on VH1's Love & Hip Hop: Miami and contributes to discussions on real estate trends in notable publications.
Early life and education
[edit]Kenechukwu Ambrose Nwankwo was born on May 30, 1990, in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria. He attended Cypress Bay High School in Florida, where he earned his high school diploma. Nwankwo pursued higher education in History and Political Science at Bridgewater College in Virginia, and Barry University in Florida,[1] though he did not complete his degree.
Career
[edit]Nwankwo serves as the President of the Young Professional's Council of FIABCI Nigeria,[2] where he leads initiatives aimed at supporting young professionals in the real estate sector, engages with government officials often and advocates real estate policies in Lagos State. He is also the CEO of RE/Max ONE, an online real estate network, where he focuses on market development in Lagos.[citation needed]
In 2023, Nwankwo was involved[clarification needed] in the partnership between SESO Global and RE/Max ONE,[3] aimed at streamlining property transactions across Africa.
As a writer, he has contributed articles to Business Insider Africa,[4] discussing trends and innovations in the real estate market.
In 2020 Nwankwo appeared as a guest star in Season 3 of VH1's Love & Hip Hop: Miami, where he was featured in the "Also Starring" section.[citation needed]
During his time at Bridgewater College, Nwankwo played as an NCAA college football athlete.[5] He currently serves as the starting quarterback for Titans Athletics in Africa's largest flag football league.[citation needed]
