Kamal Adwan Hospital is a medical facility located in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza Strip. he hospital houses neonatal intensive care units and other intensive care facilities for patients. Kamal Adwan Hospital is one of the few remaining functional hospitals in northern Gaza, providing critical medical services to the local population. It houses the only functioning neonatal ICU in Gaza as of August 2024.[1][2]
Facilities
[edit]The hospital has been struggling to maintain operations due to shortages of medical supplies, staff, and essential resources like fuel for generators. Despite these challenges, it has remained a crucial healthcare provider in the region, especially as other hospitals in northern Gaza have ceased operations.[3]
