Kabir Math also called Kabir Chaura Math is a memorial built in honor of the great poet Kabir[1], located in Kabir Chaura ,Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. Kabir Math traces its origin to the teachings and philosophy of the great mystic poet Kabir, who lived in Varanasi in 15th century[2][3]. The place is not only a center of devotional practices but a place for rituals that celebrate the life and legacy of Kabir. It is pilgrimage destination, offering opportunity to pay homage to the mystic poet, pilgrim from across India and other countries visit Kabir Math to seek solace, guidance and inspiration on their path of devotion[4][5][6].
Kabir Math is a composite collection of immortal memories of saint Kabir, there is "Samadhi Mandir", a temple where the mortal remains of the great poet is kept. "Kabir Hut" and "Kabir Chabutara", two platforms where the poet used to talk to his followers."Beejak Temple" has a collection of Kabir's scriptures and "Neeru Teela" has his parents' remains preserved. The complex also has a library with books related to the poet Kabir[7][8][9][10].
