[edit]Starting his career at BBDO New York, Pease developed expertise in advertising and communications.[1] His role as Style Director and Judge on Foxtel’s "Australia's Next Top Model" for five seasons marked a notable phase in his career, highlighting his influence in the fashion industry. [2]
Pease is the owner of Oyster Media Group and publishes Oyster Magazine, a publication known for its coverage of fashion, news, and lifestyle, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2024.[3] His journalistic endeavors include regular columns for the Sydney Morning Herald.
As an author, Pease penned "Winning the Room[4]," sharing insights from overcoming a speech disorder to becoming a sought-after public speaking coach.
