John Stephens (aged 61 or 62) is the mayor of Costa Mesa, California. He has served as mayor since he was appointed by the Costa Mesa City Council to replace Katrina Foley in March 2021. He was re-elected to a two year term as mayor in 2022 and is facing re-election in 2024.
