Johan Ekenberg (born 7 march 1961) is a Swedish author, speaker and spiritual teacher. He is the founder of the retreat center Humleback in Värmland, Sweden, where he is currently living and teaching his workshops.

His work is mainly focused on leadership, body reading and tantra.

Johan is author of two books.

[1] The book "Sex - the highway to God" invites readers on a journey of personal development. In addition to practical bed exercises, you can learn so much from the author's long-term work with couples who are searching for the magic of life through tears and laughter.

[2]The book Kroppsläsning is about body reading. Your body tells you who you are! The body sends us hundreds of signals every day, but we don't listen as we should. We often lack a closer contact with our own body. Sometimes we don't even allow ourselves to feel hungry or tired. With increased self-awareness, we gain knowledge to grow and get rid of things we've dragged around with over the years.

At the beginning of his career in the late 80's Johan started working with his first mentor Bengt Stern where he got introduced to the work of Wilhelm Reich.

During this time he learned about body-psymatic therapy and this was the basis for his work Kroppsläsning.

In the 90's he founded his first training program called Time To Live. He worked with people to create the best life possible. During that time he became known as a motivational speaker.

Johan is also known as the presenter/host of the Swedish version of the TV program The Sex Inspectors.

Johan has two kids and lives with his beloved in the outback of Sweden on his farm where he has built a thriving community. People come to him to work on the land and heal in nature.

Johan Ekenberg is one of the Swedish most renowned tantra teachers.
