Jimmy Rex is an American entrepreneur, author, podcast host and realtor. He is the founder of We Are The They and hosts The Jimmy Rex Show.

Jimmy Rex is the founder in personal development program "We Are The They," a social movement focused on helping men improve their lives. He hosts "The Jimmy Rex Show," a podcast featuring interviews with various personalities. Notable guests include Matt Van Horn, Tim Ballard, Mark Schultz, Dennis Crowley, Sean O'Connell, Goose Gossage, Chester Elton, Jordan Harbinger, Setema Gali, and Sean Whalen making an appearance.[1] Lindsay Hansen Park made known her complaint about the excess use of the term "brother" and "sister" in Mormonism known on the show.[2]. He has authored You End Up Where You’re Heading and BE ONE: How to Be a Healthy Man in Toxic Times. As a realtor, he has sold more than 2,500 homes and contributed to the sale of another 4,000 for investors, including Utah's highest-priced home to Trevor Milton.[3][4][5] He is a former Forbes council member.[6]

Personal life

He, alongside his group boating members, were involved in boating incident that threatened to drown them in Lake Powell in 2018. The lower section of the boat was filled up with water and the rate at which the water pump in the boat was moving out was too low.[29]
