Jimmy Pherrari (born 1996), also known as Jimmy Lawson, is an American hip-hop artist and television director from New York City. He is best known for directing the *Uncle Jimmy TV Show*.

Early life and education

Jimmy Pherrari was born in 1996 in Jackson, Mississippi. He graduated from Benjamin L. Hooks High School in Memphis, Tennessee in 2015. Pherrari subsequently attended ASA College in Manhattan, New York, where he enrolled as a business major and graduated in 2018.[1] He also studied music at Jackson State University in 2016, earning academic and music scholarships.

Career

Pherrari began his career as a musician in Jackson, Mississippi, at the age of five, performing in local talent shows and venues around neighboring cities. He later pursued music studies at Jackson State University in 2016. After graduating with a business degree, he expanded his career to film directing, creating and directing the series *Uncle Jimmy TV Show*.

Personal life

Pherrari has seven siblings who reside in Mississippi and Nashville, Tennessee. He devotes much of his time to family and his creative projects.
