Submission declined on 23 July 2024 by SafariScribe (talk). This submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. Reliable sources are required so that information can be verified. If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources. This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. Declined by SafariScribe 3 months ago. |

Jeff Brown was born in Ghana in 1981. He grew up in Tamale until the age of 11, when he attended Achimota School for two years. At the age of 13, Jeff and his family fled the Konkomba–Nanumba conflict in northern Ghana and relocated to the United Kingdom. In the UK, Jeff attended Braintree College before pursuing a degree in Computer Science at De Montfort University in 1999.
American Football Career
[edit]Jeff began his American football career in 2000, playing for the Leicester team as a Safety. He started every game in his rookie season and earned accolades as Rookie of the Year, along with a nomination for BUAFL All-College and an All-Star selection.
In 2003, Jeff was invited to the NFL International Player Development Program[1] combine, where he scored well across the combine including a 4.42-second 40-yard dash. This performance earned him an invitation to the International Development Program.
Professional Career
[edit]In 2005, Jeff signed a contract with NFL Europe's Frankfurt Galaxy.[2] He made several appearances on special teams throughout the season. In 2006, he returned to the Galaxy as a defensive back, playing as a cornerback, nickelback, and on special teams. His contributions were instrumental in helping the team win the 2006 World Bowl title that year, during which he recorded one pass breakup and two tackles.
Coaching Career
[edit]After retiring from professional football, Jeff returned to London to coach the London Warriors. From 2008 through 2019, Jeff held various volunteer coaching positions with the team, including Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator for the Men's Team. During this period, the team secured six national titles.
Jeff worked with the NFL as a coach on various outreach programs including the NFL Junior Player Development Program, The Miami Dolphins JPD Camps, Jacksonville Jaguars[3] Academy, and the International Pathway Program.
