Jason Zandamela (born September 21, 2005)[1] is a Mozambican college football center for the Florida Gators. He previously played for the USC Trojans.
Early life
[edit]Zandamela grew up in Mozambique, where he played rugby, before moving to the U.S. in 2020.[2][3] Coming out of high school, he was rated as a four-star recruit, the 6th best interior offensive lineman, and the 112th overall prospect in the class of 2023.[4] Zandamela held offers from numerous Power 4 programs.[5] He committed to play college football for the USC Trojans.[6]
College career

[edit]As a freshman in 2023, Zandamela did not appear in any games after enrolling early.[7] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Zandamela decided to enter his name into the NCAA transfer portal.[8]
Florida
[edit]Zandamela transferred to play for the Florida Gators.[9][10]
