Ioan Rhys Evans is a Welsh television actor from Cwmtwrch, Wales, who worked in television between 2004 and 2006. His only TV appearance, in Welsh, was in Pobol y Cwm.^[1]

Early and personal life

Evans comes from the village of Cwmtwrch near Swansea. He went on to study Human Geography and History at Aberystwyth University, and graduated in 2010.
