Integrated Power Services is a privately owned company headquartered in Greenville, SC, that services, engineers, and remanufactures electrical, mechanical, and power management assets.
History
[edit]IPS was established in Greenville, SC, in 2007 to provide comprehensive electrical and mechanical services. Integrated Power Services is the former power services unit of Reliance Electric, a leading manufacturer of industrial electric motors and power transmission components. Reliance Electric Power Services was included in Rockwell Automation’s sale of its Dodge/Reliance Electric division to Baldor Electric Company, a D/RE competitor based in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. In June 2007, Baldor sold Reliance Electric Power Services to a private equity firm.

- 2016-2020: Continued growth with a focus on integrating advanced technologies and expanded service offerings
