Appearance
The conflict between the Ichkerians and the Kadyrovtsy began during the First Chechen War and it calmed down after the Second Chechen War. There was tension in Syria when a group of Ichkerians from Syria who were against Bashar encountered Kadyrovtsy in Syria.
