I made 2 AI albums this month: Diarabi (Manon Bannermann) and Mogoya (Oumou Sangaré)
Manon Bannermann: Diarabi (AI album)
[edit]Diarabi (means my love in Bambara) is an AI album made by me by Manon Bannermann. All of the tracks are a mix of English, Bambara and Wolof lyrics (especially the track Sama Boss, a Wolokan song (Wolokan is English and Wolof mixed together, the word wolokan means Wolof in Bambara) which is originally by Nara Diouf).
Oumou Sangare: Mogoya (AI album)
[edit]Mogoya is an upcoming AI album made by me by Oumou Sangare with a mix of genres including Wassoulou, bajourou, rock and pop. The track Diarabi Nene is not Oumou's real life song, Diaraby Nene, it is by Oumou Diarra and there are two versions of Bonya (by her mentor Fatoumata Diawara): the original and live version.
