Background

[edit]

I AM is an album that he wrote mostly about his personal life and his wife, he explained. "It’s much more personal, this album. My first one was more about the experiences of my friends and family and the people around me, whereas this is much more introspective, it’s much more of a deep dive into the last couple of years of my life. I wrote her the Holy Ghost, the song about us finally tying the knot together .There’s another song called Kissed By God, which is also about my wife."[3]
