The Inaugural IIHF Development Cup is a tournament that is sanctioned by the IIHF that is played by countries who don't compete in the IIHF World Championships.[1]
The 1st Edition was hosted by Canillo, Andorra and was played by the following countries. Andorra, Ireland, Morocco, Portugal. With Morocco winning the title.
