Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) foreign base chapter in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Central Region (IECEP-KSA-CRC) is steadfastly dedicated to sustaining the practice of electronics engineering. IECEP-KSA-CRC operates in accordance with the provisions of the Republic Act No. 9292 otherwise known as “The Electronics and Communications Engineering Act of the Philippines” as well as its implementing rules and regulations.

IECEP-KSA-CRC, based in Riyadh, the capital of one of the most developed economies in the world, is in an ideal position to highlight the best qualities of Filipino electronics engineers. Assisted a record number of Oversees Filipino Workers (OFWs) from different educational and personal backgrounds in developing themselves in order to improve their professional possibilities through their Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) supervised by the Commission on Higher Education and Special Professional Licensure Examinations (SPLE) supervised by the Professional Regulation Commission.

An accredited member of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) through its affiliation the Philippine Council of Engineers & Architects (PCEA) recognized by the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh. Committed in promoting advance level engineering to elevate mobility and recognition of Filipino professionals within ASEAN, APEC and Washington Accord through the Philippine Technological Council (PTC). Assist its members by expanding the opportunities for information, skill and technology sharing, expanding the market for skill, improving employment chances, and expanding networking and strategic alliances.

Since its modest beginnings in 2010, the organization have maintained its dedication in promoting cooperative endeavor as a component of its corporate social responsibility, actively engage and visible in the Filipino community to share its professional expertise towards nation building. Constantly assisting the organization in realizing shared vision, pursuing purpose, and upholding professional code of conduct, of its members, volunteers, and partners serve as the foundation of its existence.

IECEP-KSA-CRC existence and its abundant list of achievements, capabilities, and milestones are blessed by numerous awards in recognition to organizations accomplishments and consistent performance in the implementation of IECEP’s projects and programs.

Since then, the guiding principle of the organization is to give back to both the community and the profession. Each member of organization is considered as a member of the family, supporting one another as fellow countrymen living in a foreign land, in addition to providing a positive professional and collaborative atmosphere that is oriented on quality.
