Health Care Foundation (HCF), located in Kozhikode district of Kerala, is a registered non-governmental, non-profit organization working to educate, uplift and empower intellectually disabled and mentally challenged persons. Founded in 2010, the organization currently provides school education, vocational training, medical assistance and comprehensive rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) with primary focus on Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability and Multiple Disability.

In 2024, Pratheeksha Bhavan, the rehabilitation center of Health Care Foundation has received the 'Award for the Best Rehabilitation Centre in Kerala in Disability Sector' from the Department of Social Justice, Government of Kerala.[1][2]
