Hay Riad is a mainly residential and business district in Rabat, the capital of Morocco. It is part of the borough of Agdal-Ryad in the Municipality.

It is a very upper class district, considered by locals as one of the most Luxurious districts in Rabat.

The district is situated in between the city center of Rabat and the city of Témara.

The district, made in the late 1970s, is 570 hectares big and has 124 km of roads covering it and is mostly filled with Single-family Housing and Luxury apartments, making it considered a very luxurious district.

Many administrations and ministries' offices are located here, also including a delegation of the EU [citation needed] . Many companies are also headquartered i the district, such as Maroc Telecom, MedZ, Carrefour Market Label'Vie et Holcim Morocco.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation y a son siège, tout comme l'équipe de football de Widad Témara qui a son camp d'entraînement près du Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.
