Dr. Hassan Elahi is a prominent Pakistani academic, researcher, and Assistant Professor at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad. His contributions span computational modeling, nanomaterials, and piezoelectric materials, with a focus on enhancing material properties for advanced technological applications. Dr. Elahi earned his Ph.D. in Aeronautical and Space Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. His doctoral research focused on Piezoelectric Applications in the Aerospace Industry, and he also completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the same institute.[2]

Dr. Elahi serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, NUST. He teaches undergraduate courses such as Engineering Mechanics, Mechanics of Materials, Instrumentation and Measurements, and Engineering Drawing and Solid Modelling, as well as postgraduate courses like Research Methodology and Data Acquisition and Control.[3]

Dr. Elahi authored the book *"Piezoelectric Aeroelastic Energy Harvesting"*, which explores advanced piezoelectric applications in the field of energy harvesting, focusing on sustainable and efficient energy solutions. The book is available through ScienceDirect and has been recognized for its contributions to energy research.[4]
