Hamm is a supporting character in the Toy Story franchise, he is a wisecracking piggy bank. He serves as one of the franchise's core supporting characters, having appeared in most Toy Story media, and is voiced by John Ratzenberger, in the films and most other media, and Andrew Stanton in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins.

[edit]Hamm is a supporting character in the original Toy Story. We're he and Andy's other toys join the staff meeting for Andy's Birthday party. Hamm warns everyone that Andy's friends were coming over for his birthday. Then all the other toys went up with him to look at the presents. Later on when Sarge was revealing Andy's Birthday presents Hamm and the other toys were releaved Andy didn't get any new toys to replace them. Until Andy's mum pulled a suprise present from the closet. Hamm was very nervous that he was going to get replaced. But once hamm met Buzz Lightyear he taught he was the coolest toy ever. Even later when Woody accidentally knocked Buzz out of the window, Hamm along with Mr. Potato Head were getting Woody back, thinking he purposely knocked Buzz out of the window due to jealousy. Hamm and Mr. Potato Head on Buzz's side thinking Woody done it on purpose while Slinky and Bo Peep knew Woody would never do something like that and Rex was in the middle. Hamm was playing chest with Mr. Potato until they saw Woody in Sid's house. Hamm was pleased to see Woody until they forgot what he did to Buzz after seeing Woody broke his arm witch made Hamm really think Woody was evil and closed Andy's blind and hoped Woody will get treating by Sid. Hamm is next seen When Woody puts RC out of the moving van. Thinking he wants to kill more toys. But until Bo Peep used Lenny she saw Woody was rescuing Buzz after all and Hamm and Mr. Potato Head felt bad of what they taught. A few months later Hamm was telling Andy's other toys to listen to Sarge while he tells Andy's toys that he got Mrs. Potato Head and Buster for his Christmas present.
Toy Story 2
[edit]Hamm goes on an adventure with Buzz and helps him along with Mr. Potato Head, Rex and Slinky to find Woody and to bring him back to Andy.
Toy Story 3
[edit]Hamm re-appears in Toy Story 3 as one of the only remaining toys in Andy's toy box. Hamm and the other toys think Sunnyside daycare will be a good place for toys until they found out the true story of Lotso and wanted to go back to Andy. And Andy donated his toys to a girl Bonnie and now Hamm is good friends with Buttercup and everyone is happy.
Toy Story 4
[edit]One rainy Night at Andy's House Hamm warned Jessie and Bullseye that Andy was returning with his toys. before Bo Peep was sold Hamm along with Rex, Mr. Potato Head, Bullseye and the Aliens were told to stay in Andy's room while Woody and a few others rescue RC.
The Main events of Toy Story 4 start and Hamm was about to pick up money before Bobbie came into her room to put her toys in the closet. Woody comes home later to show Hamm and bonnie's other toys a new friend witch was called Forky.
Hamm later goes on the road trip with all of Bonnie's toys. He is not seen much during the film. But he appears near the end trying to get the caravan back to the carnival to get Woody and Forky. When hamm and the other toys arrive to collect Woody they are very Surprise to see an old friend called Bo Peep. Woody tells Hamm, Buzz, Jessie and the other toys that Woody wants to stay with Bo Peep. Hamm was very sad but he knew Woody would be happy where he is. And all pf Bonnie's toys say one last goodbye as the RV pulls out of the carnival.
Other Appearance
Hamm appeared in many other Toy Story media. He appears in all three Toy Story Toons shorts as a supporting character, the opening sequence of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins where he and the other toys are about to watch a film, two shorts in Forky Asks a Question where he explains to Forky what money is. And a Pixar Popcorn short called To Fitness and Beyond where he and the other toys are doing exercise. Hamm also appears in TV Show called Toy Story Treats as a supporting character and the intro of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. Hamm also appears in Cars as a car in the epilogue.
