Greatest Hits Radio 60's is UK DAB+ Digital Radio Station, owned by Bauer Media UK, and is a sister station to the main Greatest Hits Radio. It is an extension of the Greatest Hits Radio Network, which is itself half of the Hits Radio Portfolio. This station plays songs from the 1960's, therefore extending the current playlist of Greatest Hits Radio by one decade. The main station currently plays "The Biggest Songs of the 70's,80's and 90's". The first programme was at 12:00PM on Monday 16th September 2024, and it was hosted by Ken Bruce (who is a mainstay on the main station with his PopMaster game) and Joanna Lumley (award-winning British actress, comedian, author), who will be the "voice" of the station.

Presenters

DJ's and hosts for the station and their slots include: - Richard Allinson (Greatest Hits Radio 60's Breakfast, Weekdays 6am-10am Monday-Friday) - Alex Lester (Weekday Afternoons, 2pm-6pm Monday-Friday) - Simon "Rossie" Ross (Weekend Afternoons, 2pm-6pm Saturday & Sunday) - Paul Gambaccini (No definite slot, but has a "Pick of the 60's" in the "60's Jukebox") - Ken Bruce (Ken Bruce's Secret Sixties, during the "60's Jukebox"). - Joanna Lumley (the "voice" of the station, says the jingles") - Simon Mayo (Will be hosting documentaries such as The Beatles Legacy: Red and Blue Parts I and II).

Avalibility

The station is avalible on DAB Digital Radio, online at hellorayo.co.uk, on smart speakers, and on Bauer Media UK's radio streaming app Rayo, which will also have catch-up from the station.
