Draft:Granny (2017 horror video game)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
  • Comment: Article creator has continually resubmitted the article without substantive improvements to the concerns that several editors have raised about sourcing quality and notability. These concerns have also been discussed on the talk page in a way that the creator has consistently misunderstood or misrepresented. The article is at a state where due to the creator's approach and continual resubmission it is unlikely to reach a point of notability. I would strongly encourage the editor to gain greater familiarity with the standards around WP:GNG and WP:RS and what these mean in practice before drafting and submitting another article about media to avoid issues in future. • Comment: If resubmitted again without addressing the issues, the draft my be rejected. See also your talk page. S0091 (talk) 15:49, 29 March 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: Remains non-notable. Only additions since last submit are three paragraphs entirely from a single Bengali news source of unknown reliability and one paragraph from Times Now, a tabloid of dubious reliability per WP:NPPSG. The article still has the obvious and fundamental root problem of lacking any reviews from reliable sources, suggesting the game, for all its various appearances in random sources, is non-notable, and relies heavily on sources of low to no reliability. As ever, I understand the disappointment and am happy to help to find these sources. VRXCES (talk) 00:11, 29 March 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: Non-notable article continually resubmitted without any substantive improvement on previous critiques of sourcing quality. VRXCES (talk) 11:37, 27 March 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: Almost none of this is supported by reliable sources. DrowssapSMM 20:47, 26 March 2024 (UTC)

Plot

[edit]

Granny

[edit]

While the protagonist is walking in the forest, in the background, Granny appears, along with her baseball bat and hits the player. The protagonist finds himself in a room, the protagonist must find items in the house to unlock all the obstacles, Granny is the most difficult antagonist, her weapon is a baseball bat and will hit the player, she also set bear traps everywhere. After unlock all, the player leaves, Granny will look around to see if the main character is there. The player has five days to escapes, but there's an easter egg: When the player installs all the pieces of Granny's picture, he will get one extra day, for a total of six days, if the player loses, Granny will tortured in barbaric forms.

In the game, there will be many hidden things, for example: A teddy bear in a closet, when put it in the cradle, a ghost will appear, often called as Slendrina. But when the player pick the teddy bear, Granny will be angry and chase the player. The player can also stun her by shooting her with guns, tranquilizers, or freezing traps, but cannot kill her.

The game also has difficulty levels, called modes, including:

  • Practise mode: When Granny isn't at home, the player will not have issues much during gameplay.
  • Easy mode: Granny is at home but she's slow.
  • Normal mode: Granny but at her normal speed.
  • Hard mode: Granny will be faster, an obstacle appears at the main door.
  • Extreme mode: Granny becomes faster, there will be more obstacles, player's vision is limited.

Until 23 November 2022, a new update released called "Granny 1.8". There will be an additional exit, the sewer, there will be an additional monster, a spider, along with more items, increasing the difficulty level of the game.

Granny Chapter Two

[edit]

When the player lost in the first game, he was sent to a faraway place, there's a new antagonist, Grandpa. The player finds himself in an empty room, just like the original game, but more difficult when there are two people, the player should finds items and leaves the house.

There will be three escape options, one is the main door, the other is a canoe and the third is a helicopter. In a certain area, there is a monster there, it mainly eats meat, but will also bite the player, in a bad ending, that monster will eat the player. The player can kill the monster by guns. As in the original game, same modes, same speed and same days, but will be different at exits, the player will have weapons to stun both, but can't kill them.

Granny 3

[edit]

Unlike this time, the player finds himself at a villa in a forest. After being shot from behind by Grandpa at the door, the main character finds himself on the ground, no longer in bed like the previous two parts. just like two previous games, the player must find the way out by exploring the villa and finding items, but this time, Slendrina, from part 1, will scare players anywhere in the game. This time, Grandpa will hold a gun and shoot the player when he finds, the way out is just only two exits: one is the main door and the other is the train. When the player finishes both, Slendrina, Grandpa, and Granny will all appear, witnessing the player's escape.

As two previous games, the same modes, same speed and same days but Slendrina will kill the player faster by each modes. No weapon can defeat Slendrina, but unless the player takes the teddy bear and walks up to Slendrina's crib, she will disappear, leaving the player with 1 item.
