George Owoko Were (born 11 July 1978 in Siaya Alego Hospital), known professionally as George Lio, is a Kenyan football coach, chief scout, music producer, director, songwriter, singer, and teacher.

Tribe: Luo from Ugenya Ulanda Village.

Children: Anita Achieng, Ryan Owoko, Cynthia Atieno, and Christiano Omondi Owoko.
