From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Fiona Carrick is an Australian politician. Raised in Woden Valley, in Canberra's south, Carrick is a former President of the Woden Valley Community Council. She ran for election for the electorate of Murrumbidgee in the 2020 ACT Legislative Assembly election, receiving the fourth-highest first preference vote (7.0%) but was unsuccessful in being elected due to other candidates receiving higher preference flows.[1]

In May 2024, Carrick announced that she will be again standing for election for the electorate of Murrumbidgee[2], and registered a political party, Fiona Carrick Independent to support her campaign.[3]
