Farida Laman (born 1953) is an Azerbaijani poet.

Early life ad education

Farida Kamil gizi Gaybaliyeva (Farida Laman) was born on November 26, 1953, in the village of Kamarli, Gazakh district. She received her secondary education at the Kamarli village secondary school. In 1970–1974, she received higher education at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and worked on assignment in the village of Novogolovka (Uzuntep) of Jalilabad district.

Career

After the end of the term of appointment, he returned to Baku and worked in various press agencies, as well as engaged in scientific work. Farida Leman worked as a correspondent, head of correspondents department and editor-in-chief in "Ganjlik", "Azerbaijan woman" magazines, "Azerbaijan", "Respublika", "Azad Azerbaijan", "Dali Kur" newspapers. In 1996, he defended his thesis on "Epithets in the language of modern Azerbaijani artistic works" and received the title of Doctor of Philosophy in Philology. In addition to his dissertation work, he prepared the book "Dictionary of epithets of the Azerbaijani language". He is a member of AYB and AJB, author of about 60 different books. President laureate Farida Leman has participated in many symposiums and conferences in Turkey, including the first Turkic world women's congress in 1999, and at the same time, the women's congress of our independent country. He wrote the national television's national anthem, "Turkish Anthem" and "Azerbaijani" in 2005 at the 13th Congress of the World Azerbaijanis in Ankara by People's Artist Lütfiyar Imanov. Farida Leman was awarded many diplomas and awards for her creative services. In 2019, he was awarded the Progress medal. In 2006–2013, he worked as a senior researcher at the Modern Azerbaijani language department of the Linguistics Institute named after Nasimi of ANAS, prepared the book "Explanatory dictionary of Samad Vurgun's artistic language" together with the dictionary department and was awarded the "Samad Vurgun Award" diploma. In 1997, he became the head of the "Seville! Women's Assembly" Poetry Club. In 2001, he created the "Mahsati" Assembly of Poets, in 2003 he founded the "Mahsati" magazine and is its editor-in-chief. In 2012, the work "Mubarizli Vatan" Azerbaijan Played in the State Theater of Young Audiences and in Gadabey, Agstafa, Kazakh regions. His books about the luminaries of Azerbaijani art - Gulkhar Hasanova, Baba Mahmudova, Tohfa Aliyeva, Aliya Ramazanova - were published in April He published the books "Muhudum-shahidim" about our martyrs Muhud Orujov, "Frozen Smile" about Elvin Namazov, "Letters from Heaven" about Orkhan Aliyev. The book "Mubarizim ir dünya" was published in Turkey by the translator Dilbar banu Heydarova in Uzbekistan with the financial support of Prof. Tamella Abbaskhanli. The poem dedicated to the Great Leader "Chosen him when" was exhibited in many universities and YAP organizations. The work was translated into English, printed as a book on Heydar Aliyev's 85th birthday, and sent there during the unveiling of the bust in Toronto, Canada. In addition to the books "Calikushu" and "Our Farida" written about Farida Laman, many books were written about her. During the 44-day war, he also supported our national army and Supreme Commander-in-Chief with victory songs and composed music.
