Farhan Haq ( deputy spokesperson for the U.N ) was born on April 11,1966 in the country of Pakistan . He works as a deputy spokesperson for the U.N under the Secretary-general António Guaterres. He was given the responsibility of conveying the information about the U.Ns activities, decisions, initiatives to the public and press. He provided updates and responded to questions and also represented Secretary-general's office in various capacities.His role involved communicating about the stance of U.N on global issues, conflicts, humanitarian crises and international cooperation efforts, He brought extensive experience in journalism and communications to his position and also helped to promote transparency and awareness of U.Ns work
