[edit]FTS Group (London) Limited is a United Kingdom based group of companies that provides employment agency and logistics services to global supply chains and small and medium sized businesses across the United Kingdom[1].
The services the FTS Group provides include assisting businesses with a workforce planning, the supply of temporary labour, and executive searching for full time vacancies[2]. The Group also provides supply chain support services including general haulage, pick and pack operations, cross dock operations, warehouse storage, container devanning, order fulfilment, and last mile delivery services[3].
Awards and Accreditations
[edit]In 2023, the FTS Group London Limited was awarded the Armed Forces Covenant Silver Award[4], recognising the company's commitment to British Armed Forces personnel through it's support of the Covenant's core principle "that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they serve with their lives"[5].
In the same year the company was awarded a Silver Medal in Sustainability by corporate sustainability and ESG risk and compliance assessor EcoVadis that assesses businesses based on "international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, and the ISO 26000, covering 220+ spend categories and 180+ countries. The Sustainability Scorecard illustrates performance across 21 indicators in four themes: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement"[6].
