Ezekiel Adewunmi was born on May 12, 1993, in Isolo, Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in Lagos. He was involved with PaytoLet[1] and Robota STEM Training.[2]

Adewunmi is an alumnus of the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), having completed the TEF Entrepreneurship program in 2022.[3] The TEF program is renowned for providing training and funding to entrepreneurs from across 54 African countries.[4] He also earned certifications:

Adewunmi's career is defined by his significant contributions to the tech and real estate industries. He began his journey as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at SKWNAPP Creative Enterprises in 2013, where he worked for over a decade. He led product development and strategic operations, working with diverse companies to scale their business goals.

In January 2022, Ezekiel founded PaytoLet[8], Proptech platform that revolutionizes the property search process in Nigeria. PaytoLet connects buyers and sellers and has rapidly expanded under Adewunmi's leadership. Operating on a modest budget, the company achieved a 35% profit margin within two years, with over 81% of traffic coming from organic search. Adewunmi's expertise in digital marketing and strategic partnerships has made PaytoLet a formidable player in the real estate industry, competing with giants like NigeriaPropertyCentre and PrivateProperty. The startup has been collaborating with some of the biggest real estate agents in Nigeria to enhance its service offerings and reach.[9]
