Enrico Ronchi is a Swedish academic. Since 2019, he is an associate professor in fire engineering at Lund University (Sweden). His research focuses on small-scale and large-scale evacuation simulations and modelling. He is an expert virtual reality experiment and evacuation modelling.
Education[edit]
Ronchi holds a PhD from Polytechnic University of Bari (Italy). His studies focus human behavior in tunnel evacuation, pedestrian evacuation simulations. During his PhD, he investigated and simulated tunnel evacuations by using several evacuation modelling and running sensitivity analysis in collaboration with Lund University.
