[edit]Empress Heavy is an American artist and social media personality known for her work in electronic music, poetry, writing, videos, and digital art on X.com. She has become recognized for her art, of which is inspired by Elon Musk. Empress Heavy's artistic creations often include references to Musk's ventures, such as Tesla and SpaceX, reflecting her admiration for his vision and impact on the world.
Artistic Journey as a Content Creator
[edit]In February of 2021, Empress Heavy created an account on X.com and created a persona embodying a retired SpaceX Starship called SN20. However, it wasn't until 2023 that her account started attracting the attention of Elon Musk and his fan base.
Digital Art
[edit]Empress Heavy's artistic style is characterized by futuristic and tech-inspired elements that are mixed with the natural world. Additionally, Elon Musk's influence on Empress Heavy's work is evident in the frequent references to his projects and quotes in her art. She has expressed that Musk's vision for the future, particularly his efforts in space exploration and sustainable energy, has greatly inspired her creative process. Elon Musk's influence is most apparent in her digital art, where she often incorporates imagery related to Musk's companies, such as SpaceX's rockets and Tesla's electric vehicles. [1][2]
Writings
[edit]Aside from composing music, Empress Heavy writes poetry with hidden messages [3] and "cyberstories" [4], in which she uses both her digital art and story telling skills to entertain the fans of Elon Musk and other X.com users.
Her most recent Cyber Stories have been focused on a slow release of chapters from the 1st book of her sci-fi tetralogy, "Escape from Boulevard". Currently the book chapters are exclusively being published to X.com via "X Articles".
Discography
[edit]Her first album, "Earth 2071", consists of 12 instrumentals, and was released on September 11, 2023.
Her second release came about November 10th, 2023, a single called "Shadow Banned" - a parody song of "Gangster's Paradise" inspired by the drama on X.com where users were mysteriously being shadow banned for unknown reasons. The ethereal sounding hip-hop/rap parody was accompanied by a music video released exclusively to the X.com platform, and garnished the attention of many users as the song and music video was intended to bring about awareness to the mass shadow banning issue the site was experiencing at the time.[5]
By March 26, 2024, Empress Heavy debuted her second single and 3rd release, "The Great Pause". Another ethereal sounding parody song which features similar synth sounds to Lady Gaga's "Poker Face". The single was accompanied by another music video exclusively released to X.com, and it's intent was to bring awareness to the pausing of X.com user's monetization.[6] [7]
Empress Heavy's 4th release and 3rd single "It Makes My Heart Sing" took place April 20, 2024. The classical piano instrumental has a short video clip featuring a section of the piano piece that was posted on March 11th, 2024, which also gained the attention of Elon Musk, who liked the video clip and caused the short video to be noticed by a larger than average audience.
June 28th, 2024, Empress Heavy's 2nd Album was released. "Beyond the Jacarandas" is a 19 track instrumental album featuring instrumentals inspired by The Matrix, space travel, and Elon Musk's aspirations to make life multiplanetary.
