Draft:Elize Polderman

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Elize Polderman is a multitalented artist and performer: actor, improv star, stand-up comedian, musician, and rural sociologist. She was born in Zeewolde but reached international recognition in the great Metropole of Wageningen, where she built a solid career in the Theatre Wilde Wereld.[1]

In 2012, she did the Z tot Z run to support charitable work,[2] highlighting her social engagement.

Since 2015, she has been involved in improv groups, bringing joy to everyone who loves this art form.

In a post-pandemic world,[3] she formed the theatre group KLEUN, showing her anachronic nature by using Facebook as a form of social media engagement.

In 2024, she had her premier as a standup comedian, starting with a group of aspiring artists mentored by the Wageningen Comedy Club in the figure of Lady Emma Holmes.[4]

Parallel to her unprecedentedly successful artistic career, Mrs. Polderman enrolled in an Applied Sociology program at Wageningen University, and in 2024, she will defend her Master's Thesis in Rural Sociology.

Elize shares her time between teaching and performing improv, writing and performing standup and storytelling and supporting green and vegan collectives to draft their world-changing Programs.
