East Broad Top 18 is a 2-8-2 Mikado type steam locomotive and was built in August 1920 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works for freight services on the East Broad Top Railroad. The locomotive was completed with the set of three large Mikados and the set of six total Mikados. EBT 18 made its last ran on April 1956. On December 2011 the East Broad Top Railroad was closed. On February 14, 2020 the East Broad Top Railroad is reopening and all the engines are being restored into operating condition As of 2024 the locomotive is in storage being restored into operating condition.

East Broad Top 18 is the last mikado and the largest built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works. The locomotive was completed with three large Mikados and the set of six total Mikados. EBT 18 made its last ran on April 1956.[1][2] On December 2011 the East Broad Top Railroad was closed.[3] On February 14, 2020 the East Broad Top Railroad is reopening and all the engines are being restored into operating condition.[4] As of 2024 the locomotive is in storage being restored into operating condition.[5][6][7]
