The Dukedom of Saint Andrews and Castelblanco commonly know as Dukedom of Whitecastle was created on 4 February 1717 for José de Rozas (16 December 1665 – July 1722) was a Spanish nobleman and colonial official who became a leading figure in Jacobite politics in Europe created twice in the Peerage of England, in the Jacobite peerage.
