Dr. Jacqueline Del Rosario, known as Dr. Jacquie or America's Relationship Coach™, is an American educator, relationship coach, author, nonprofit leader, and media personality. She is the CEO of Empowerment Concepts, Inc., and the founder of ReCapturing the Vision International, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth empowerment and family development.
Early Life and Education
[edit]Dr. Jacqueline Del Rosario earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Miami in 1985. She pursued a Master of Science in Varying Exceptionalities at Nova Southeastern University in 1999 and later completed her Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) at Nova Southeastern University's Fischler School of Education in 2009. Her academic focus included curriculum development and conflict resolution.[1]

[edit]Dr. Del Rosario has built a multifaceted career combining education, consulting, nonprofit leadership, media hosting, and motivational speaking. She has consistently focused on helping individuals, families, and organizations reach their full potential.
Empowerment Concepts, Inc. (1995–present)
[edit]Dr. Del Rosario serves as the CEO and Lead Consultant of Empowerment Concepts, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in leadership development, professional coaching, and organizational strategies for educational institutions, businesses, and government agencies. The firm provides strategies and business solutions in areas such as educational support, leadership development, government procurement, and motivational speaking.[2]
ReCapturing the Vision International, Inc. (1994–present)
[edit]Dr. Del Rosario founded ReCapturing the Vision International, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to empowering underserved youth and families. The organization designs and implements multimedia curricula, life-skills training, counseling services, and school-based programs to foster success and resilience in students nationwide.[3]
