Del Webb of Mirehaven, on the Westside of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a 55+ age-restricted community[1], developed by Pulte Homes of New Mexico from 2014 (as originally planned and submitted for a hearing before the City of Albuquerque Development Review Board [2]) until the Autumn of 2023 (when the last of the 618 homes that were actually built was sold). The community is entered, by vehicle, off of Mirehaven Parkway NW through the main entrance (of three vehicle) gates at 9100 Del Webb Lane NW.[3]
