In 1989, Fischer joined the Italian Association of Apparel Manufacturers as President of their New York office and transferred from Milan to New York.

Fischer has served as President of Italian Fashion Trading, Inc., Director at Loro Piana, Vice President at Trilegiant, Vice President Acquisitions at Citigroup, and Senior Manager at the United States Tennis Association.

In 2010, Fischer founded Solutions For Growth LLC to serve US small business owners. He also serves as the Vice President of Communications & Technology[5] at Temple Sinai in Stamford, CT.
