Crowpaw, a dark gray tomcat and an apprentice of WindClan, was chosen to go to the sun-drown-place (known for humans as the sea) along with Tawnypelt from ShadowClan, Brambleclaw from ThunderClan and Feathertail from RiverClan to find what Midnight told them. He was known to be the most sharp-tounghed by them. But they brought success in finding that Midnight was a badger, and thier home was being destroyed by humans. In the way back home, Crowpaw falls in love with Feathertail.
Soon while they were traveling, they meets a troubed tribe. Feathertail dies there saving the tribe, and Crowpaw goes to her grave every day.
When Crowpaw gets home, he and his other companions tells their clans about the problem ,and they make the greatest journey to find a new home, In this progress, Crowpaw gets his warrior name, Crowfeather, in the memory of Feathertail. After settling in a new home, he falls in love with Leafpool, a ThunderClan medicine cat. The Clans didn't agree to cross-clan relationships, so they go away, but seeing the clans troubled, Crowfeather and Leafpool goes back to their own clans. Crowfeather mated with Nightcloud just to remove the pain, and they had one kit, Breezepelt.
