Croviana (IPA: /kroˈvjana/) is an Italian Village with 676 inhabitants in the province of Trento.
The settlement of Croviana is an ancient valley village, an agricultural, artisanal, and commercial center. Its location also makes it interesting from a tourist perspective. The village is crossed by the National Road and divided into three areas: at the bottom, Carbonara; uphill, Liciasa towards Monclassico; and Croviana towards Malé.
The origins of Croviana date back to the 1200s, when the toponym was first documented, derived from the Latin name Corvius with the suffix -ana. Located in the Sole Valley, the territory of Croviana was a Roman colony and has hosted human settlements since prehistoric times.[1]{{Demografia/Croviana}}
