Chennakesava Swamy temple or Sri Lakshmi Chennakesava Swamy Temple is a Hindu Vaishnavite temple situated at Chukkaluru , a village in Tadipatri Mandal, Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh state, India.

The Temple is dedicated to a form of Vishnu , who is referred to as Sri Lakshmi Chennakesava swamy. The temple has beautiful sculptures and is classified as one of the ancient monument of Andhra Pradesh by Andhra Pradesh State Department of Archaeology and Museums. It was repeatedly damaged and plundered during wars, repeatedly rebuilt and repaired over its history.

Along with Sri Lakshmi Chennakesava Temple there are additional temples of lord Hanuman and lord Shiva in this shrine.
