The Chengdu J-36 is a tailless, triple engine manned fighter aircraft. The aircraft flew publicly for the first time on December 26, 2024.[1]

The J-36 appears to be powered by three engines, with a single diverterless supersonic inlet on the top behind the cockpit and two under wing inlets with diverters.[1]
