Chati is a virtual event platform based in Yorba Linda, California.[citation needed]

History

[edit]

Chati was founded in March 2021 by Greg and Don Cruikshank.[1] When founded, Chati was composed of 25 team members across five departments: sales, marketing & public relations, production, creative, and development.

In 2023, Labroots, Inc. had 145 customers, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, Abbott, BD, Agilent Technologies, Siemens, Sartorius, and others; several of which are now using Chati as Labroots' default platform.[2]

Platform and Services

[edit]

Chati's current products include virtual and hybrid event solutions such as webinars, sales, marketing, virtual training, education, internal events/meetings, HR recruitment/job fairs, conferences, and virtual team building. Chati offers two service models, full-service and self-service. With full-service, Chati's experienced production team and in-house design team builds an event to client specifications, while self-service allows event organizers to design and deploy virtual events tailored to their audience with the help of Chati-produce templates.
