Carla Tous is a Spanish television and film actress. In 2024, she plays he role of Gina Cadot in the film Paddington in Peru.
Early life
[edit]From Spain,[1] her mother is a businesswoman and her father is one of the founders of Spanish subscription video on demand streaming service Filmin. She studied International Business Management but her first passion was dance and musical theatre.[2]
Career
[edit]She had early roles in the Spanish television series 30 Coins and Three Days of Christmas.[3]
In 2022, she appeared in supernatural horror film Venus. She also appeared in 2023 Netflix film Through My Window: Across the Sea, a sequel to the 2022 film Through My Window, and appeared in 2023 Spanish-language film The Boogeyman: The Origin of the Myth.[4][5][6]
In late 2023, she was cast in the film Paddington in Peru as a replacement for Rachel Zegler who dropped-out of the production.[7] In the film she plays Gina Cadot, the daughter of the character played by Antonio Banderas.[8]
In 2024, she could be seen in Through My Window 3: Through Your Gaze, the third film in the Netflix Through My Window series based on the Ariana Godoy novel series.[9]
