Campodonico is a surname of Italian origin, Donico being a town in Liguria, trading sea region of Northern Italy. Notable people with this surname include:

Davide Campodonico, (1867-1917), Extremely successful Italian maritime trader and entrepreneur, most common trade route Italy to Argentina, became family business. Some of Davide's brothers continued living in Argentina.
Livio Campodonico, (1913-?), Son of Davide, impactful significance in the development of the city of Chiavari, Liguria.
Sergio Campodonico, (1943-1991), Son of Livio
Simonetta Campodonico, (1940-), Daughter of Livio, married to Giorgio Mangiarotti
