C. P. Kumar is an Indian hydrologist and retired scientist, formerly serving as Scientist ‘G’ at the National Institute of Hydrology (NIH) in Roorkee, India.[1] Over his career, he made significant contributions to groundwater hydrology, environmental assessments, and the management of water resources.
