If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources. This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). Early life and education
[edit]Byron was born in Geneva showing interest in business from a young age. He studied International Economics at the International School of Geneva but was not interested in going into banking, instead being more fascinated by the intersection where finance meets the more 'hands on' side of property development. In his early days, Byron attended the André-Chavanne School Geneva where he studied Business and Management.
Professional career
[edit]Unica Capital
[edit]In late 2021, Byron founded Unica Capital, a specialist real estate investment and development company with offices in London, Geneva and Luxembourg [4[1]]

Ultima Capital
[edit]In 2012, Byron co-founded Ultima Capital with friend Max-Hervé George with the company valued at over $1 billion [6[5]].
Ultima Capital acquired then, Sport Hotel Rutti in Gstaad, a popular ski resort in Switzerland. The property was demolished and rebuilt as Ultima Gstaad hotel, which opened in December 2016
Ultima Capital is the owner and operator of Ultima Collection, a carefully curated portfolio of award-winning ultra-luxe residences, villas and chalets in Switzerland, France and Greece, with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability [7[6]] [8[7]] [9[8]] [10[9]] [11[10]].

In November 2023, George sold his 33% stake in Ultima Capital to a Luxembourgian investment group, with the enterprise value of the deal estimated at $1.4 billion. Byron still has shares in Ultima Capital but no longer has an operational role, focusing his attention on Unica Capital.
