The Buena Vista Beavers football program from 1990 to 1999 represented Buena Vista College—now known as Buena Vista University—in its 11th decade of college football competition. The team was known as the Beavers.

The 1990 Buena Vista Beavers football team represented Buena Vista College of Storm Lake, Iowa. In the team's first year under head coach Kevin Twait, the team compiled a 1–9 record (1–7 against Iowa Conference opponents) and finished eighth in the Iowa Conference.[1]
