Bright Enabulele (born August 12) is an African political leader[1][2][3] and entrepreneur.[citation needed] He was a gubernatorial candidate for the Accord Party in Edo State, Nigeria for the 2024 elections.[4][5][6][7] He is the founding President of Oduwa Blockchain Solutions Ltd. and the creator of OduwaCoin,[8][9] the first African cryptocurrency.[10]

Career

Enabulele began his career in 2006 as a manager with Brightlife International, Inc.[11][12]

In 2008, he joined Brightlife Consulting Group Inc. as a project manager for personal counseling, music marketing, and boxing management.[13][14]

In 2010, he joined Brightlife Consulting Group Inc. as the President, overseeing credit and debt management.[15]

In 2017, Enabulele established Oduwa Blockchain Solutions Ltd., a blockchain development company delivering blockchain solutions for corporate operations.[16]

He is also the creator of OduwaCoin,[17][18] the first African cryptocurrency, which provides a decentralized digital currency for African markets.[19][20]

He has also served as a senior consultant for Digital Currency Gateway, specializing in cryptocurrency coaching and ICO management.[21][22]

Awards and recognitions

  • Enabulele was nominated for the Office of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) in November 2024.[23][24]
  • The Coalition of Young People for Good Leadership advocated for him to receive a national honor for his humanitarian work.[25][26][27]
  • In 2024, Enabulele was listed as one of the 100 Most Notable Peace Icons in Africa.[28][29]
