This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). - Comment: I'm sorry- none of your sources show you meet our notability criteria for people. qcne (talk) 16:53, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: The tone is not neutral. E.g., there are many sentences that structurally look like this one "Barnes was instrumental in aligning business goals with environmental standards." This isn't cited and tends to promote the subject of the article. The whole thing reads like a resume rather than an article. If you are Brian Barnes (judging by your account name), I strongly recommend you leave it to someone else to write an article about you. MarcGarver (talk) 18:28, 20 November 2024 (UTC)
