BrandPal is a United States-based company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) and marketing solutions. Founded in September 2022 in Silicon Valley, California, BrandPal focuses on assisting businesses with their marketing efforts on short video platforms, such as TikTok.
History
[edit]BrandPal was established by industry professionals with expertise in AI and digital marketing. The company received its initial funding in October 2022, led by Plug and Play Tech Center, a prominent Silicon Valley startup incubator. A second funding round was secured in December 2023, co-led by Celtic House Asia Partners and Hat-Trick Capital, both well-known venture capital firms.
In February 2024, BrandPal creates curriculum for TikTok Shop Academy. Later that year, in May, the company launched BrandPal Academy, an educational platform designed to support sellers using proprietary AI tools such as its LUMIA model.
Throughout 2024, BrandPal expanded its operations by welcoming strategic investors, including SellerSprite and Cosmic Talenter Group.
